In the end, with one dancer, on the beach, filming choreographed and improvised movements using only higher levels, I feel my video edited together could suggest the sense of frustration.
When filming, factors such as it being a very windy day and looking quite dull with occasional peak of sunshine, as well as the waves crashing like mad added to the emotion of anger and frustration. I feel with the peaks of sunshine it added a sense of wanting to feel calm and happy but the anger takes over.
Keeping the emotions of anger and frustration in mind I asked Emily to dance these specific movements so I could capture them in action as well as filming continuous movements too.
These stills are captured in order to experiment firstly with taking motion pictures but also to use them within the film through editing together.

These videos are a collection of clips which will be edited together in order to create the short dance film.
Each clip is of Emily dancing around on the beach performing different ideas relating to anger/frustration.
With the added effect of music and muting the original sound of wind, I feel it will add something more engaging to the film.
Sections from each clip will be edited together and with the added stills as well, a small short dancing film can be produced.
These are just a couple examples of clips that would be used and edited into the film.
